Aaron Mulliss founded Tastie in 2019, following years of experience in the hospitality sector.

Aaron grew up in the business, working in restaurant and hotel kitchens in the south-west of England for many years. He learnt the foundations of great hospitality, and met many great people along the way.

The hard graft of those first roles allowed him to progress and work in some truly elite establishments. Aaron’s game-changing role came at the two Michelin-starred pub, The Hand and Flowers, in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. He spent 12 years at the destination pub, and worked his way through the ranks of the kitchen. He learnt that a solid career is a marathon not a sprint. From commis to chef de partie, sous chef and then head chef, the structured path of progression was one that allowed him to learn, interact and work with some influential and amazing people all over the world.

Over the years Aaron has met and built many long-lasting professional relationships and has learnt how to understand different people and personalities, and how to get the best from someone.

Aaron’s goal with Tastie is to combine his experience, knowledge and team-building skills with the collection of contacts he’s made over his career so candidates and establishments can benefit.
